Center for Restorative Justice

The Restorative Justice Center provides privacy for clients while seeking to destigmatize restorative justice strategies. The design embraces the circle as a mechanism to facilitate daily interactions among staff, clients, and the local community. Emanating from this central cylinder, the design evenly distributes sunlight and levity across program spaces, marking the Center’s stark contrast to the typical gravity of our penal justice systems.
