This speculative project explores Eileen Grey’s e.1027. Her carefully designed home has been overshadowed by Le Corbusier’s vandalism (i.e., he painted murals throughout her house without permission). The home’s preservation has focused on Le Corbusier’s murals rather than her carefully detailed house. The project proposes an alternative way of preserving e.1027, ultimately bringing the spotlight back to Eileen Grey.
